An in game editor to define and modify roles.

Create a new role with a name, and a set of commands.
Edit an existing role to change the name or the set of commands.
Delete a role.

A command to assign a role to a player, or remove a role from a player.

A player may have multiple roles, so you can create small, focused roles that overlap and create the exact set of commands you need for each member of your staff.
